The development program focuses on getting to know oneself, knowing the world and the environment, removing brain barriers, developing an insight into the problems of life, grasping successful human profiles that the business world needs, and entrepreneurial thinking.

Functioning of the Program
The training lasts for 12 hours in 12 sessions, each session being 1 hour.
Communication with students participating in the development program is not limited to training hours.
Content sharing and interactions that will enable the internalization of educational topics from the common social media groups created will continue throughout the training.
In addition to the trainings, leadership, teamwork, communication and presentation skills etc. will be taught on the boards of the Junior Congress to be held in June every year. You will have a wonderful experience.
